Antenna Group (AG), Greece’s largest multimedia group, were considering adding Village Cinemas, Greece’s leading cinema chain, to their portfolio.

 

AG appointed TBP to carry out due diligence on Village Cinemas, Greece. 

 

TBP undertook an intense 3-week period of investigation, presenting its detailed market, site and financial analysis to AG.

 

Based on TBP’s findings, AG successfully purchased Village Cinemas in 2022.

 

TBP were further appointed in 2023 to create a new strategy for Village Cinemas to optimise the business and bring their offer to global best practice standards, streamline the organisation, create new subscription and pricing architecture and explore group synergies.
